2011년 2월 15일부로 아래와 같이 새로운 신청서 양식과 보완 서류 안내서가 통용되며 기존의 양식은 더 이상 사용이 가능하지 않습니다.

1.      새 취업허가증 신청서 [IMM 1295] 양식, 신청 안내서 [IMM 5487] 및 서류 체크리스트 [IMM 5488]
2.      새 유학허가증 신청서 [IMM1294] 양식, 신청 안내서 [IMM 5269] 및 서류 체크리스트 [IMM 5483]
3.      최근 수정된 방문 비자 신청서 [IMM 5257] 양식, 신청 안내서 [IMM 5256] 및 서류 체크리스트 [IMM 5484]. 

새로운 취업허가증 신청서와 유학허가증 신청서 양식은 인터넷에서 접속이 가능합니다. 방문 비자 신청서와 마찬가지로 부분적인 입력 후 저장이 가능하며 바코드 생성은 전산 입력 완료 후에만 가능합니다. 새 신청서 양식은 전산입력만 가능하며, 손으로 기입할 수 없으며 기존의 양식은 사용하지 않습니다. 자세한 안내가 되어 있는 신청 안내서를 정확히 확인하여 새 신청서 양식을 작성하시어 신청서 수속기간이 지연되지 않도록 하시기 바랍니다.

Bulletin 82 (February 15, 2011) New Temporary Residents Form
 
Effective February 15, 2011, the following application forms and supporting documentation will be made available to all applicants, and previous versions will no longer be available.
     1. a new Application for a Work Permit [IMM 1295] form, the corresponding Instruction Guide [IMM 5487] and Document Checklist [IMM 5488]
     2. a new Application for a Study Permit [IMM 1294] form, the corresponding Instruction Guide [IMM 5269] and Document Checklist [IMM 5483] and
     3. an d version of the Application for Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside of Canada [IMM 5257] form, the corresponding Instruction Guide [IMM 5256] and Document Checklist [IMM 5484] following recent s. You should use the most recent version of the form, dated “01-2011” (indicated in the bottom left corner of the form).
 
The new Application for a Work Permit [IMM 1295] form and Application for a Study Permit [IMM 1294] form must now be accessed electronically. As with the TRV application form, you can save a partially completed application form and barcodes will only be generated when you complete your form electronically. Please complete the new forms electronically (not by hand) and you should not submit old application forms. Please read the Instruction Guide carefully as it contains further details regarding the completion of the new application forms to ensure timely processing of your application.
